RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the instructional materials sold ie.; instructional books, instructional videos, etc., we do not accept any returns of any instructional books or instructional videos unless there is some sort of manufacturers defect that prevented the purchaser from being able to view said item(s). If you have a defective item, you need to contact us immediately via e-mail and give us a detailed description of the defective nature of the item(s) within 30 days of receiving said item(s). If there is found to be a defect with any instructional book or instructional video, we will replace said item(s) with an exact properly functioning replacement copy.
